Very nice, clean place to work out for 15 minutes or continue and stay awhile. Variety of equipment. You won't feel uncomfortable. You will get plenty of encourage. No matter what age.

Personal opinion I think they charge way to much and and not be able to bring a guest with,but if you do bring someone they charge you 15 bucks every time you bring someone not to mention they are open 24 hours and dont have staff around the clock when they should,just my opinion

Great place to train. The staff is friendly and helpful. Whenever I visit it is always clean. Group training is fun and challenging.
