I have been going to JD Fit over the past couple years and am very happy with the progression I have made in the gym as well as my healthy lifestyle. They have helped me structure a consistent workout schedule as well as creating a healthy diet away from the gym. I enjoy the how they program the workouts along with having fun memorable workouts for holidays or fun events they hold.

I began in November of 2020 when Jake began the 50+ class. I was over weight and not doing the things I love to do like biking, skiing, etc. I can’t wait to go to workout with Jake every week. He has designed a program for us older but active adults that is doable and fun but gives you a real workout. Since joining I have slimmed way down and lost almost 35lbs. I am very active again and at 61 was able to continue my barefoot water skiing and distance biking and more.👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

When I began coming in Sept 2021, I could barely do anything. Jake listened to my concerns, answered all of my questions, and created a plan to help me get healthier. What I like the most about Jake and the gym is the positive, professional approach : no one is competing with each other, everyone is respected and respectful, and everyone cheers each other on. I'm so proud of how far I've come and I can't wait to make more progress on my fitness journey!

I feel so much stronger and healthier since starting JDFit. Jake is exceptional at meeting you at your level of fitness and building from there. In less than a year I am able to achieve fitness goals that I didn’t even think I was capable of! The atmosphere at JDFit is both friendly and professional. I highly recommend it!

Jake does a fantastic job helping his clients achieve their fitness goals. As a skinnier person coming in, he has certainly helped me gain muscle mass, and with that, confidence in my body. After a year working with him, I’ve gotten a lot of positive comments from my friends and family about how I look.Jake strikes a really good balance between pushing his clients to go farther than they thought possible, yet at the same time he understands their limits. His workouts are consistently challenging and have variety. In addition, Jake helps create an environment where everyone supports each other; he always encourages everyone to work and develop their own best, never comparing one another or ranking people.Coming to a workout at JD Fit is the best part of my day. I encourage anyone that wants to grow stronger and have fun doing it to come check it out!

I recently joined this gym and I absolutely love it! I feel better, and I have more energy. At first joining a CrossFit gym can be intimidating, but Jake Dickinson and his coaching staff are great teachers, they are patient, and willing to adapt the workouts so each person is challenged, and able to be successful. The coaching staff also makes sure you are completing the exercises/lifts correctly. I will also add that the people who attend JD Fit are also who makes this gym special. No one is judgmental, and everyone is there to help and support each other. It really makes working out fun!

I love this gym! The workouts are expertly tailored to fit your current fitness level, but always evolve to push you to the next level. The atmosphere is fun, friendly, and motivating. I have gained so much strength and endurance in a short period of time thanks to the coaches at JD Fit. I highly recommend, regardless of your fitness level!

Love this gym. The coaches, atmosphere and community are all great and keep me coming back. I’ve been working out with Jake for many many years and it really shows that he takes pride in what he does. No matter what level of fitness you’re at, the workouts are modified to fit your level. I would highly recommend giving JDFit a try.

If you never worked out a day in your life you would still love JD Fit for the people . The coaches at JD Fit are exceptional and take great care in teaching you how to be healthy as well as exercising. It’s all about building your confidence with many other folks in the class you feel you have a team supporting you at every workout. I've worked out most of my life playing basketball!! and now, CrossFit gives me the kick in the butt I need. I give a five star rating to JD Fit in Rockford IL.

JDFit is a great place to get in a solid workout while building strength, skill, and agility. Jake is always open to answering any and all questions! All the coaches are great at differentiating workouts and meeting people where they’re at. All the clients are incredibly friendly and it’s an awesome gym!
