Just A Mile A Day will change your life! Rick and Andrea are amazing people, super knowledgeable and accessible to all. If you are looking for a home that will support you in whatever your health/fitness goals are, this is the place for you! It's full of people who want to cheer each other on daily and celebrate goals no matter how big or how small. Just want the access to great workouts, but don't want all the hype? This is the place for you as well with the Lone Wolf program! Are you a super busy person who thinks they don't have time for the gym (that's definitely me!) there is also the option to have daily workouts emailed to you through the Jam The Excuses workouts. They are great, don't take hours (not even a half hour) and the best part is that they can be done from home... AND THEY WORK! There really is something for everyone here. I for one will never be looking back and will always Jam full steam ahead with this group! Recommended so highly!

I was introduced to this amazing group by my sister. I had multiple failed starts in the beginning but I have many successes. In a year when I almost completed a full 365 days I had a month I did more than 900 miles total. Anyone who knew me would never believe I could do that. And after illness stopped that streak I jumped back on and am currently at almost 400 days. This amazing group helped me get through all of the rough days and even encouraged me to do my 2nd and 3rd 5ks of my like. Rick and Andrea are amazing and this group was a saving grace for me. Even if you don’t post right away follow the group posts. Eventually you will see what an amazing group this is and join in.

Rick and the JAM Fam have been nothing but amazing! If you’re looking to get back into shape and need some support/accountability partner and encouragement this is the place to be! For me personally I didn’t think the virtual part of it would reel me in but Rick speaks from his soul and has a way words and encouragement that no one else does... You can virtually feel how much he cares about each and every one of us, our choices and our goals... This is where he was meant to be no doubt about it!

I spent years wondering what was wrong with me. How can I want to lose weight so bad that I think about, it dream about, have a million reasons why I want it but can’t achieve it. It was so frustrating and depressing. I would be lying if I didn’t say it didn’t effect every aspect of my life not only physically but mentally. My relationships with family and friends was not what it used to be and the woman I once was I couldn’t find anymore. That was me failing at every program I tried. A friend introduced meto JAM and to Rick Yee, the founder of JAM. Rick has a Mindset classes that changed my life. After the first Mindset class I knew I was finally where I needed to be. It made me dig deep into my issues with food, life and relationships. It seemed so simple yet I was burying things to keep going with life the best I could. After so many failed tries I could never figure out what my problem was and it was my mind set. It seems so simple and it makes you wonder why more programs don’t offer it, but what a game changer. It’s been two months and I am loosing weight and moving a lot more. Even my family and friends noticed a positive change in me. Mindset helped with my health goals as well as my personal growth my relationship with my husband and parenting. I had no idea the toll my weight was damaging those I loved around me. I know my journey is a long one but I know with my JAM family I will achieve my goals.
