This place is fantastic. I've been going here for about 10 years. It's a great atmosphere. Clean facility, good location, knowledgeable trainers, and guaranteed results. If you're tired of trying to do it yourself and you're ready to get in shape, this is the right place.

It's obvious when you first walk into this establishment that it is a sham. It is a sad excuse for a gym and the trainer is a sad excuse of a man. Your money will be better spent in other places with people who are actually successful at being a personal trainer. Don't waste your time with this flake. His methods consist of having everyone drink protein shakes and doing exercises that strain and injure rather then build and tone.
