Santosha yoga studio is a great place to go and relax. I have been looking for a yoga place where I can feel comfortable, welcomed and excited to go every time. I have been going for a few weeks now and I always leave energized and relaxed after dealing with my kids all day 🤣🤣Brenda is amazing and always works around your limits and explains things so well especially for a beginner as myself. Also, she has an amazing shop. The candles are amazing!

Santosha Yoga Studio is a wonderful place to unwind! I have taken a yoga class with Brenda and it was very relaxing as well as invigorating. Brenda's yoga class was easy to follow and the poses could be adapted to your comfort level. I left her class feeling like I had a great workout. I can't wait to check out some of the other classes that are offered.I recently sat in the sauna and loved the experience. Himalayan salt floor, infrared sauna, light therapy and relaxing music playing. I felt the stresses of the day melting away!The store has a great vibe with unique and affordable gifts. Check this place out and shop local! You won't be disappointed.

I’ve been waiting for a studio like this to open up for a while- and it’s right in the middle of Rockford. Brenda is an amazing instructor- also love the gift shop!!!! Can’t wait to try out the Himalayan Salt Sauna!!!
