Anytime Fitness, in general, is a great gym.I travel for a living and out of the 20 western states I've traveled, this is one of the worst locations I've come across. This facility is always in need of cleaning and some sort of repair. The A/C isn't turned on during summer months. The hot water is barely luke warm. The bathrooms are usually pretty disgusting and are definitely not cleaned on any regular basis.On one account I've seen the manager of this location throwing equipment around in a temper tantrum like fashion, apparently the equipment wasn't put where he'd like it to be.If you want to cancel your membership you will need to handle this in person at your "home" location, as they require an "Exit Form" to be signed. The exit form is nothing more than a membership cancellation survey. I personally tried for over a month to cancel my membership and even tried to have my "home" location changed to a more convenient place of travel. They refused. I've spoke with several managers at other locations and that is against the standard protocol. If you ever want to cancel, keep those things in mind. Also, your home location will be automatically changed to your most frequently used location after roughly 2 weeks of continuous use. I traveled and never stayed in one place for that amount of time. I originally signed up at the location in Rancho Cordova and when I called them to cancel, they said I needed to speak with the manager who wasn't available and then changed my home location to Roseville. Real nice.If you have your heart set on Anytime Fitness, the surrounding Anytime Fitness locations in Rocklin and Loomis are a better choice. Those locations are always clean, well kept, and have friendly staff with qualified trainers.....but.....you're better off with a Black Card Planet Fitness membership for half the price and no hassle during the cancelation process.If I could give these Roseville guys negative stars, I would. Also, the 5 star reviews are from the manager/owners friends, not actual gym goers.

Awesome place! I’m not from the area and came to this location to get a good workout. Unfortunately I left me access key with my car in the shop but Farhan set me up. Place wasn’t packed either.

Hands down, the best gym experiences I have ever had! And the pricing for using free weight is well in its price range! You won't be disappointed!
