5 stars -- excellent staff, excellent coaches & excellent workout! The staff was warm, welcoming, and very friendly. The studio and equipment was clean, and the workout was challenging! I can't wait to return for my next class!

I hate going to the gym, but I actually look forward to going to Orange Theory Fitness - I don't have to think about what I am going to do and I get a really good workout! The personal trainer feel in a group setting makes the cost worth it. Sure, it is a little more expensive than other gym memberships but what you get out of it is worth it.

Just finished my 2nd workout at Orange Theory in Roseville. Coaches are great and upbeat. Very motivating!! Workout goes by fast with the built in variety. Staff has been very helpful getting me going.

I love OTF Roseville! The workouts are never the same and are always challenging. The coaches are energetic and knowledgeable. Once they get to know you, they find ways to challenge you on the cardio floor and weight floor -- they truly want to help you meet your goals. They encourage you when you are wanting to slack off and are supportive when you are having an off day (or nursing an injury.) The sales associates are friendly and greet everyone by name (I still haven't figured out how they know the names of 700 members--impressive!) I can't imagine my life without my daily dose of my OTF family.

Love OTF! The girls at the front desk are super fun and friendly and the coaches are awesome! If you love working out in a group atmosphere, this is the place for you! Great caloric burns leave you wanting more!

OT Roseville is awesome! The workouts are constantly changing and keep me motivated. The coaches are great- Cuing for motivation as well as form correction when necessary. The data on the big screen definitely motivates and helps me keep my workouts on point.

So far I'm enjoying my experience at OTF. The staff are supportive, it's easy to schedule, scheduled workouts force me to be accountable. I dislike exercise, (the gym kind, I enjoy outdoor activities) but I really do feel that I'm learning how to use a gym as well as getting my body back on track.

Absolutely loved the class and that I could go at my own pace. The monitoring system kept me motivated to push myself and Daniel was one of the best instructors I’ve ever worked with. Everybody was super cool and welcoming!

I joined OT 9 months ago and wish I had done it sooner! It has changed my life. I absolutely love it, and look forward to going every time. Awesome coaches and fun environment!
