Would give more stars if I could. I have been training here since late 2020. From masks to drilling sessions with the team, it has been great to see the gym evolve over these past 16 or so months.The Alvarez family cares very much about each member. This is much more than a gym, it is a community. It does not matter if you are parents doing a fitness class, attending an open gym session, or training for sanctioned competition. You will feel at home at this gym. Your health will improve, your confidence will boost— you will feel great!I strongly recommend checking out available classes, and would 10/10 recommend this place to a friend or family member.

I have been to about 4 different gyms & boxing facilities in and around the Swampscott area and this gym by far is tops. I have been working one on one with Carley for the past 4 months and she superb on every level. You would be crazy not to give them a try if are serious about good form and truly caring owners. They truly know their business and their facility is immaculate.

Five stars, five stars, five stars! Eddie has truly built up a state of the art boxing gym, complete with multiple heavy bags, a ring for sparring, and all the highest end equipment on the market. But above all, Eddie’s hard work, endless dedication to teaching boxing, and creating a truly great boxing gym experience is what separates this place from the rest. Eddie and his wife Carley’s dedication to creating a great business shows every step of the way in the great gym they’ve built. I could not recommend it more to anyone with even the slightest interest in boxing!
