Tiana is a very talented teacher and funny! I have enjoyed every class and I have been able to take some of her tips and tricks into my own practice. Thank you, Tiana!

As a strength and conditioning specialist and personal trainer myself as well as a competitive athlete, taking care of my body physically is a big priority for me. Always has been. I am careful to seek out and work with professionals who come highly recommended from several independent sources. Then I dig deeper to see who they work with, what services they offer and how it fits my own needs. Tiana, owner of G&GY was just the kind of persona nd professional I needed to find here in San Angelo to keep me working at 100% to perform and feel my absolute best.I have had one 60 minute session with her so far and loved it! It's a unique combo of massage, trigger point work, active release, deep stretching, and mindful breathing. I have not had this hybrid style of body work done before this visit but now find myself hooked on it. I felt so good afterwards and this from someone with few issues or problems going in to begin with...and I still felt better!Tiana's professional conduct, ability to be casual but formal, chill but tuned in to my needs and comments, was really impressive. Some people can feel uneasy and nervous being touched and bent around by a stranger for the first time. Not so for me with Tiana, felt at ease and welcomed the entire time.If you need any kind of body work done at all, this is your go-to person in this town for sure. I'd bet her yoga services are right on par as well so next time I may need to try that out as well.

I have been attending Tiana's yoga classes for four years, and I really believe that her classes have enabled me to stay active and relatively pain-free, unlike many of my professional friends or family members of the same age. Tiana, the teacher and the mentor, has made a huge difference in my entire way of approaching aging and life--with the emphasis on a balanced life through positive associations and encounters. For example, I have found that Tiana's positive approach transcends even my posture while driving and in a larger sense my perception of others! With no reservations, I highly recommend The Fire Water experience and Tiana Hennings.
