Just finished the hcg diet with inshapemd. Lordy that was tough and I mean real tough. It was not easy but well worth the hard work. I lost 36 lbs in 40 days. I researched the hcg diet for many years and really wanted to try it but couldn’t find a place that offered it until I went in for a B12 shot and saw they offered it. Michelle did my consultation and explained to me what foods were allowed and said I wasn’t allowed to have any beer on the program (haha). I did like that they did labs and an ekg before I started. I chose not to do the phentermine with the program because I tried that before and didn’t like it. Not having an appetite suppressant made it really tough. They showed me a power drink that I could use instead but I didn’t order it. I did want to give up a couple of times but the staff kept me motivated. The ladies went above and beyond to help me. I was able to text them 24/7, even on the weekends and I always got a response back. I’m sure I drove them crazy. I’m glad I did the diet because I feel great. My labs were better after the diet than they were before. That made me really happy. I’ve had doctors put me on meds to adjust my labs and nothing worked as well as the Hcg diet to get my labs back to where they should be. I purchased some ketone strips and monitored my ketones to make sure I was burning fat. I avoided going out to eat so I wouldn’t cheat and meal prepped instead. It wasn’t cheap so I sure didn’t want to waste my money. I will do an update in about 6 months and let you know if I’ve gained any of the weight back. I highly recommend inshapemd, I have no regrets!!!!

Oh where to start!!!!As I got older I started noticing changes physically that I did not appreciate lolWell after years of just not feeling good I finally bit the bullet and walked into In Shape! Little did I know that would be one of the best decisions of my life !! Right when I walked in one of the brightest smiles and chipper voices greeted me!, this wonderful siuls name was Bre. Now Bre could tell I was out of my element completely and in just a few minutes she put all my anxiety and what if’s and questions to rest and got me lined out with a game plan !!! Now once the issue was determined it was time for treatment!!!Now I’ll say rn I hate needles lolWell as luck would have it In Shape has the absolute most bestest ever person to administer injections !!!!!And this little angels name is Elizabeth!!!So here I am waiting to take the jab !!! Hands clinched sweat starting to bead on my forehead lol anxiously making small talk to calm my nerves , and then it’s go time she says you’re going to feel a pinch and a poke are you good ? I reply in my shaken voice yes !!! Well here comes the pinch and as I die for the half second waiting on the pinch she say all done lol good job !Well shoot I’m still waiting on the pinch lol well when you’re as good as Elizabeth is apparently your patients rarely feel a poke hahaha lucky for me right?In closing take the jump go get checked out and let the staff at In Shape cater to your specific needs!!! 10/10 👍👍 highly recommend!!!

My friends told me about this place. We are all ER nurses. They tried the Semaglutide injections at inshapemd. This place is amazing. Michelle is very support during the whole process. She is my go to lady for questions especially in the beginning. Both of my friends have lost approximately 60 lbs. After witnessing their transformation, i got started one month ago. The best thing is, I’m not hungry. I eat half of what I use to now and feel full. Thanks to Michelle and the staff for their support. I’m really excited because i know now I can reach my goal. I highly recommend them over anyone else!!!

Love all the ladies in the office. I feel like the Lipo-C shots are a great boost and help with my energy level for the week. It was an easy painless process. I will recommend it to all of my friends.
