Redemption Jiu Jitsu

Excellent school! Dropped in while visiting from out of town. Great coaching and plenty of opportunity to ask questions and get the move-of-the-day down. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Felt right at home and can’t wait to go back.

This review is long overdue. I can't emphasize enough how much I enjoy training at Redemption JJ and how grateful I am to have a high level program like this here in my hometown of San Angelo. I started BJJ 4 or 5 years ago while I was living in Austin, a city well known in the jiu jitsu community for having a large number of great gyms. Jiu Jitsu quickly became one of the most necessary parts of my routine and one of the biggest catalysts for positive growth in my life. My wife and I reached a point where we were ready to move here to settle down, but at the time I feared moving would mean giving up jiu jitsu. Shortly after, I got to meet and train with Coach Conrad who showed me the high level of jiu jitsu available here. I now consider Redemption my home and I am excited to continue my journey here with Conrad and the rest of the team. Whether you are thinking of getting started in BJJ or already have years of experience, I highly recommend giving Redemption a visit.

What great people!!! I usually train in Midland but I was down for the weekend. Found these guys on Facebook and they said come on in. They met me at the door and welcomed me, everyone was super friendly and very nice. The instructors were very informative and patient. Great gym, can’t wait to come back when I’m in town again.

This is the place to be. Not just for great coaching and training but for the greatest values and ethical character provided by the coaches and the community. This is a place of freinds, families, and jiu-jitsu!

I really enjoy going to Redemption! The staff and fellowship there is amazing! It is a very positive environment. That is my escape and therapy and getting the chance to improve myself on and off the mat! I HIGHLY recommend Redemption to taking your skills to that next level!

Highly recommend. They have a team of coaches who are passionate and it shows. The atmosphere at the facility is awesome and very welcoming to newcomers. I never thought I’d look forward to getting up at 4 am but their team makes it worth it!

Have trained at every gym in San Angelo and RJJ has been my personal favorite. Never a toxic environment or have felt like an outcast. Have always been welcomed with open arms instead. Definitely would recommend to friends/family.

We love that Redemption offers a Space for every everyone to train Jiujitsu! Kids, adults, women, men, competitors and hobbiest all are welcome! Its the place to train if you live in San Angelo or are passing through Goodfellow AFB.
