Seeds 13 is an amazing training academy that truly stands out. The instructors' expertise and dedication to the art are evident from the moment you step onto the mats. Their deep knowledge, combined with their patient and supportive teaching style, create an ideal learning environment for practitioners of all skill levels. The instructors take the time to work with each student individually, tailoring their guidance to address specific needs and goals.Seeds 13 has changed my life. I never thought i’d find myself doing a martial art; however, the moment I put on the Gi, I didn’t want to take it off. I've not only learned the complexity of the art but also developed valuable life skills that extend far beyond the mats. From the moment I stepped through the door everyone was extremely friendly. The Seeds 13 family has empowered me to push past my limits, embrace challenges, and cultivate a stronger, more resilient version of myself. 🙏🏽 THANK YOU ALL

Some truths two years of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu have reinforced for me: Show up, do the work, be a good training partner, don’t quit, and don’t forget to have fun!As a travel nurse family, we have had the opportunity to train at many different gyms. Our Jiu Jitsu journey began two years ago at 316 BJJ in Rockwell, Texas and continued as we traveled to Rhode Island with Renzo Gracie RI, to Beaumont, Texas with TPC BJJ and MMA and finally here in San Angelo, Texas with Seeds13.Along the way, we have improved our fitness, trained with some really great training partners, learned some new skills, and made some terrific friends. The Seeds family is easily the best place we have trained. They’re great and the relationships we’ve built with our teammates has grown beyond the gym. From travel BJJ competitions, and seminars in Early and Abilene, to local bbq get togethers, we’ve been lucky to find a community of friends right here at Seeds 13.If you’ve been a part of this with us, THANK YOU! Monday is a training day. See you on the mats!

I started at Seeds13 7 months ago at the age of 36 and absolutely love it. I started because I needed a positive change in my life and Seeds welcomed my family and I in with wide open arms.I’ve lost 14 pounds and am down to my natural weight. I’m getting stronger and more flexible every day of training. Seeds13 has motivated me to be a better father, husband and friend. I’m gaining confidence at work and in everyday activities. The professors are awesome and very knowledgeable. Always willing to stop what they’re doing and lend a helping hand. I recommend Seeds13 to anyone who wants to get in shape, learn new skills, gain confidence and be a part of a great BJJ family!

Best BJJ gym ever! Amazing knowledgeable instructors who are friendly and fun, yet professional. Great welcoming family atmosphere. No egos or bullies; everyone is helpful and encouraging. My time here has honestly changed my life, and I'd never want to train anywhere else. If you're on the fence, trust me and give it a shot! I can't imagine not loving it.

The best place and people ever. Seeds13 has the best jiujitsu instructor of the entire Texas. You should put your kids to learn self defense before any other sport. The adults program are very family ... Give that opportunity to you and your family!
