Gotta be one of the best gyms in the area. Smaller sure but it has all you could need for well rounded, complete workouts and training. Great staff here also. Jon, and Mike are great people who care about you as a person and a member. The smoothie bar is a nice add on as well. Tasty, affordable smoothies post workout, win! Clean locker room, nice bathroom, clean showers. Love how the gym ambience is welcoming and open, casual, not intimidating at all. Every level of fitness trains here I've found. Beginner and advanced alike. No judgement, just support. Love seeing the familiar local faces each day I come to train. Overall a great place to reach your fitness and wellness or athletic goals.

The absolute best gym!! Very kind staff and the best protein smoothies! They keep the gym very clean and it is never too crowded unlike every other gym in town. I would highly recommend going here!

First off, I want to start with saying I'm a personal trainer. I've trained in gyms in damn near every major city in Texas, Florida, Cali and I've done a little training in Vegas. So I happen to know a little thing or two about what I'm going to be saying.This gym is a beaut. It has a feel and a vibe that you can't get anymore. Beyond real steel bars, plates and function fun toys such as tires in the back; it is an environment that commands results. The music is great, the people are awesome and the staff are very cool.This most definitely isn't your typical "Meat Market" facility and it's definitely not a glamour club. It's a gym where people come to work and change themselves for the better.I wish more gyms were like this place.
