Amazing gym. Very understandable to beginners who just want to work the bags, and lose weight, as well very experienced with training their high level competitors as well. Roger the owner is extremely friendly, trained and helpful. Feels very comfortable here and you never feel pressured to do something you can't yet or don't feel comfortable doing and they dont throw you into the fire like other boxing gyms.

This place is the best Coach Roger is a great person along with his son Sonic who also boxes at gym, they are helping out the neighborhood kids by teaching them self respect and confidence through boxing. I took my daughter there because she was interested in boxing and I also loved it. Now I just want to go back a donate my time in helping others they inspired me to giving back. If you get a chance go visit and you will see first hand the great job they are doing there. Put God first 🙏 always.

Son just started , coach worked with him and guided him on how to properly work out and using proper stance. Very comfortable with atmosphere in the gym.
