This company is terrible. They don’t maintain their equipment or building. They said my membership is $37 a month, but have charged almost $300 in the last two months. They also refuse to cancel my membership and continue to charge me when I haven’t been here in months

I’ve been a member since they opened, had multiple chances to switch to a different gyms but I kept dreaming management will fix the sauna one day, the place has potential, people at the desk is always helpful and polite but looks to me that they lost interest on this location since they opened the new ones. Keep the hard work otherwise y’all lose another member

The sanitation here has really gone down, especially on Sundays. On the weekends all of the sanitary wipes and stations are empty. Nobody bothers to clean the machines and you have to go out of your way to do so. A lot of broken machines too. Just being honest.

Once again waiting on someone to open the gym.... 20 mins after open time. Bout tired of wasting money on supplements and a membership here when they can't be on time. This is bigger then that tho ppl have goals and achievements their coming for and we are being let down.

It may be a smaller size gym than the one on Bandera Rd, but the vibe and atmosphere is welcoming. They play music for everyone and will actually take requests from their customers just as long as there is no profanity. Just make a few upgrades on the equipment and add some more weight machines and it's perfect. I highly recommend Crunch Fitness Marbach.#SATexas

I want to be as clear as possible, I've been living for around 2 and a half years paying for 3 people and I haven't been going for only 2 years and you will think, but then why do you pay, this is where I say well, today I won't go tomorrow although this would be my business I will take my time to let MANY TRUTHS KNOW that even though many or hundreds of people know it is a matter of supporting, two months ago they debuted me from my account 39.11 apparently and allegedly for charges THAT WE DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CONSUMERS OF THIS PLACE IN SPITE FROM THE ORRENDO SERVICE FOR A LONG time, I arrived at the place A YOUNG MAN NAMED ALEXANDER RECEIVES ME TO START THIS IS THE NUMBER 6-8 A new MANAGER that I see in the store I explained to him of various kinds that I never received the email that the charges would go up in the memberships although I want to cancel it within all this explanation he laughs in my face more than 2 times and honestly you can't ask for more from someone who has nothing to give, but if you enter my account and see that I am a client who is going For 3 years in the same gym, the normal thing would be to make an arrangement because at the end of the day the client HAS TO BE RETAINED, not push them out like Alexander did with his morbid smile and attitude, he did not move a finger so that not only me, anyone will look for the way to solve his words were the following this is a business yes, I know I also have company but for clients as far as possible we look for a way to RETAIN THEM AND BE HUMBLE, to cancel you have to pay 22 dollars more and other fees, IT IS SERIOUSLY? HE REPEATED AGAIN THIS IS A BUSINESS IT WAS HIS WORDS, THAT'S WHY THE ONLY THOSE WHO CAN FOOL ARE THE NEW ONES a gym that over the years is emptier due to the lousy service for 2 years and it was so easy for the new manager to lose another more....Good luck.

Editing my review to change my rating from 2 stars to 1 star:This gym is an absolute joke. Today I was told they are out of toilet paper. How do you run out of toilet paper?? And why are you waiting for a shipment instead of running to the store and buying some for your members to use untilYour shipment comes.The same Machines have been broken for over a month. Where’s our money going?The management here is rude and has no business managing anything. Disgrace of a gym.Front desk staff is nice though.Giving this gym 2 stars instead of 1 only because it has potential. I’ve never seen it busy but I’ve also never come after work hours. It’s also cheap.What truly should be noted here is how disgusting this gym is. I’ve never once seen anyone going around cleaning the equipment. The plates are all over the place. Most importantly this place is a breeding ground for any disease you can think of. The AC has been broken since day 1 (staff told me this). This is Texas. It’s disgustingly hot outside. It doesn’t need to be even hotter inside the gym.Do better Crunch fitness.

I have been to many crunch fitnesses around the US. This one by far was the MOST FILTHY and neglected gym I’ve ever stepped foot in. The floors are disgusting, the bathroom floors, the shower floors, the gym floors.. there is equipment thats broken, just sitting there, no signs or anything. This place is a mess. I feel like there is absolutely no management and no one has cleaned the place or checked the equipment in years. Highly recommend you do not go here unless you have absolutely ZERO other options.

This is by far the worst gym. The free weight section has been riddled with a lumpy A floor for forever now. There are signs that say "be careful"... how about you fix the problem?!My favorite part though, it feels like a sauna every single time I'm there. I've asked and they SAY the AC is on, clearly a lie. Guessing they can't afford to fix that either?The music is alright, however it is extremely loud. As someone who works out with ear buds, there is NO reason I should have to turn my volume almost all the way up to not hear the gyms music.Also super dirty, bathrooms are a mess 95% of the time.Go in there as you read this review and I guarantee it's humid and hot as hell.Get the AC fixed, hire a cleaning crew, turn the music down, and fix the lumpy floor.This place is the actual worst.
