Update: I've been training with Coach Teejay as a new white belt. He's patient and has a wealth of knowledge and the gym has a great, positive atmosphere. Whether you're into BJJ or MMA you can get what you want here.

My time with Coach Teejay was always enjoyable and a great experience. With finishing up a Bacherlors, starting a masters degree and a new job schedule, it was hard for me to continue with classes, but it is still a time I remember fondly and cannot wait for the opportunity to go backThank you to the Dominion team and specially Teejay as his focus, love, and respect for the mat was clear and passed down to each person that had the pleasures to join him there.Thank you.

Today was my first morning at Dominion MMA and I participated in the BJJ Fundamentals class. Coach Rey is a plethora of knowledge and made me feel very comfortable. The other members were very welcoming and helpful. A great workout and easy to follow as everything is broken down step by step. Awesome experience.

Coach Soto is one heck of an instructor. I’ve always been hesitant about training Muay Thai due to war stories about individuals getting “thrown to the wolves”. My first day he welcomed me with open arms and understood that I had no experience. He was patient with everyone and took time to work with us. He made me feel right at home and open to ask questions. I won’t train anywhere else.
