Attended a kids birthday here. The staff was so awesome and polite. They had the kids entertained the whole time. Jumping around and using the equipment. They did an awesome job keeping them focused. They were exhausted by the time we went up stairs to eat pizza, cake and open presents. If you're looking for a birthday party event give them a call.

My daughter just turned 3 and can be shy at times. I started her in the Prenastics class to help get her out of her shell, and she absolutely loves it. Coach Cat is very patient and great with young kids, and my daughter adores her. She can't wait to go back every time :)

We’ve never been to another gym so we can’t write a comparison review. What we can say is that we have been going to this gym since June 2022 and we highly recommend it. There was a rotation of coaches especially during the summer and it made us uneasy especially since we had just joined the gym. But as summer ended, we got to know the core coaches better and really like them. They are so encouraging and truly know how to coach. Our all time favorite is coach Bryan. Our 4 and 6 year old have dappled in several different classes from Ninja to Dance and they love them all the same.Oh and Kindra, the manager is super responsive. Whenever I have questions about billing or classes she responds immediately and if I have problem, she’s quick to respond. Her service is another reason we enjoy EE.

Coach Cat has been amazing with our daughter! She’s super patient with all the little ones, and gives them tips to improve their techniques. She always gives us (parents) updates on how our daughter is progressing, and what we can practice at home. We are grateful that Coach Cat has been our daughter’s coach. Our daughter absolutely adores her!

*Questionable Hygiene, Poor Practices, Undertrained, High Turn Over*I was at first excited to find and support the then-new Endurance Elite because of the location, the appearance of the gym and the owner's background credentials. As time went on, my confidence and comfort level began to erode much like the staffing, gym upkeep and ways in which my child was instructed. My high-functioning special needs girl ultimately became an after thought with no interest or attention towards her growth, needs and in my opinion, safety. But hey, no biggie as long as our 2 years worth of automatic monthly subscription fees continued. For close to a year, she went without an evaluation to determine her ability, an assessment for focused instruction. What about safety?! This concerned me that she was put into an auto-pilot program under the guidance of ever-changing young girls that staffing indicated were not only trained via YouTube videos but worse, unlicensed. After my daughter was injured during class and I was witness to another girl breaking her arm, I began to raise more questions and voice my concerns. The first time I discussed this with the owner, instead of addressing my concerns in a constructive, understanding way, I was asked to unenroll my daughter and remove her from class in mid-instruction. Imagine my little girl's confusion and disappointment!Evidently, at the whim of the owner, there is an unwritten policy(no where online or posted at gym) that students can only receive evaluations during their scheduled classes, not make-up classes. The curious and frustrating part of this, is that for close to a year, we remained on a waiting list in hopes of getting on the Tuesday schedule. Staffing knew this and assisted us in setting a schedule that allowed us to attend classes on changing days. Not once was I approached or was there mention of this dynamic causing inconvenience to the gym's policy, ability to operate or otherwise. Again, no problem for them while my monthly fees kept getting paid.In hindsight, I ask myself how/why I overlooked some of the "writing on the wall," such as:- *filthy bathrooms*(what did this imply of their cleaning standards on the equipment?!)- *lies from management* about full classes that were indeed wide open- *inaccessibility* to communicate w/ the coaches- regular *coach/staff turn-over*- concerning staff claims of *poorly trained coaches*- concerning staff claims of *unlicensed coaches*- concerning staff claims of *improper licensing/insurance for parent's night out*- *disregarded* evaluation *requests*- zero follow-up after in-class *injury*- seeing *disgruntled parents* cause scenes- *moody unenthused staff*Despite being an early supporter of the business, bringing multiple new customers, serving as a Gold Tier sponsor for their Booster Club, remaining flexible with scheduling, remaining patient with lack of evaluation requests, enduring injury with under-responsive staff, paying regularly for two years, overlooking filth, keeping quiet, my daughter was the one affected because I asked for an iota of accountability.Save yourself the trouble, don't get mixed up in the mess. Put the safety of your child first. Don't become just a number. You've been warned!
