Kevan is a master in his field. Even though I only come 2 times a week and never exercise on my own, Kevan is able to work with me! He saves me from injury and modifies my workout so I am not demoralized even though I am the weakest in the class (so far)! He constantly encourages me and challenges me when I could easily feel like a burden as the weakest link! If you are looking for a positive community and ready to challenge yourself at any level, do not waste a second more and make Fieldhouse SA your new gym!

Overall It takes commitment & accountability to make lifestyle changes for your health, No EXCUSES.Coach Keavan & Coach Kristen are not just helping you get fit & healthy but ensuring safety and quality programs that fit your needs while you work out amongst professionals and entry-level. The workouts are accommodating for all ages & levels of experience.I appreciated how I never once felt embarrassed, excluded, or overwhelmed. The community here is overall encouraging, caring & motivating. Don't let CrossFit intimate you into becoming the best version of yourself. You have support & decade people here of all backgrounds and ages.Coach Keavan & his team ensures you not only belong here but that you have a great time while you improve your health & lifestyle change. Give them one chance and you'll see how much YOU can do it & leave you wanting more! .... Again my personal experience, I found myself loving crossfit here.

Great trainer! Limited class size makes for a personal experience. Workouts are often customized to prevent injuries based on past injuries/joint pain etc. Definitely worth it.

Fieldhouse has changed my life, health and happiness with just an hour a day. The coaching that Kevan provides to each individual person who enters the space is unparalleled to any coaching I have received in my fitness journey. He takes time to understand limitations of each athlete and accommodates based on restrictions, limitations and allows for a safe but challenging workout no matter your skill level.Fieldhouse also provides a safe environment by limiting classes to 8 athletes per class. It allows our coach to have more one on one time with each athlete and provides room and safe distancing for each movement. The classes are in high demand so reserving a spot is essential to guarantee you get in for your daily workout.Due to high demand our coaches have implemented a fail safe way for you to ensure you stay dedicated to reaching your goals. If you reserve a spot and fail to drop prior to your class time, you will be fined a small amount for the third no show within a 30 day period.Failing to drop a class not only hurts you but is inconsiderate to the coach as well as to someone who actually wants to attend that class and now is unable to attend because you failed to drop the class.Signing up for class holds me accountable just as much as my coach, and my fellow gym mates hood me accountable .I owe so much to Kevan, Kristyn and the Fieldhouse community. I will continue to attend and reserve my spots to make sure I am getting the most out of my workout schedule and reach my goals.

Fieldhouse is best gym! I love that classes are limited to 8 ppl per class. Kevan gives full attention to each class and helps each person no matter what your level. The warm up is like no other place. I've been going 8 months and have not gotten injured! Coach cares about us and takes time to warm us up and teach all the movements so ANYONE can do them with proper form. I started as a beginner and can definitely see lots of progress!I look forward to my morning gym workout. They have 4 classes in the morning and then 4 in the afternoon/evening which accommodates most ppl schedules. I have not found a 7am class anywhere else! 7am works great for me! We love Fieldhouse so much that many of us members commute 25+ minutes just to attend. Thanks Kevan & Kristyn and all the gym fam for all the support and encouragement! ❤

I’ve had some great trainers/coaches over the years, but Kevan is by far the best. This gym is amazing! Coach Kevan is very attuned to our abilities and knows how to modify (if necessary) all the while challenging us. With regular attendance, you will see results! Even though I’m past my prime (so to speak), my mobility, strength, speed, overall athletic ability has improved quite a bit, and I’ve even slimmed down, which is not an easy task for me. The workouts are varied, and class sizes are kept small. This is fundamental to the way the training is designed since it allows Coach Kevan to adjust form and offer more personalized direction. Despite my techy deficiencies, the Zen Planner app used to sign up for slots as well as cancel them is super simple to use. There is a no-show fee. This is more than fair, especially when one considers that frequent no-shows risk affecting the training opportunities of other members. I believe the fee is $10 after 3 no-shows within a month. Although this was explained to me when I joined, it’s a non-issue; it is easy for the committed to disregard and forget about the no-show policy. Several workout sessions are offered in the morning, late afternoon, and evening. There is even an open gym period in the middle of the day. Get ready… the workouts are intense! LOL. I’m so grateful to the Fieldhouse. My fitness results here came with a fun experience and very good value!

Fieldhouse hands down best choice I've made in my training and fitness and one of the best CrossFit boxes out there. Kevan, an exceptional coach and Kristan have been awesome to me. Coach Kevan is by far one of the best coaches out there and one I know. He is very knowledgeable about the CrossFit world and knows exactly what he is doing. His programming is phenomenal and he wont waste your time. He does his own workouts. This places vibe is motivating, upbeat, and very supportive. This place is a fantastic place to workout at and not just your average Joe. Everyone is at different levels of fitness and diffrent places in their fitness journeys here and this place helps you get stronger and you learn along the way. This is a definite place to join if you're looking for a superb kick in the butt workout, a place you feel comfortable in doing so, and place where you can feel at home.

My overall experience with the trainer was great. I just don’t feel the no show fee is explained in detail to you when you first come on as a member. As for myself I have a very busy life and am not sure what times I can exactly make-it to a class so would sign up and sometime I could not leave work and missed my classes for gym and then was hit with a no show fee and this started to get expensive. I didn’t understand because one I was already a paying member who paid for access to the gym and a class and now I am being penalized for not going on a day and time I paid to have access. When I brought this to the owners girlfriend she basically said your welcome to join another gym that doesn’t have that fee. So this is why I parted ways. I can’t see my hard earned money going to a gym I was not seeing results from when I barley attended and then hit for no show fees. If you join the trainer is amazing but beware of the no show fees. I would be assessed a fee even with one missed class. The way I was told after I was hit with multiple no shows was after the third one it’s $10. I missed and automatically I was hit with a no show. I get it the spot could have been for other members but I was a paying member and paid for my spot that day and should not have been penalized for not making it in I already paid dues for the month. The coach is great and he knows exactly what he is doing but if you have a busy schedule I just recommend you really stay on top of your times to avoid the no show fees. That’s my only complaint aside from that it’s an amazing place to workout. I am sad to say I had to part ways.

i was very cautious when I decided to venture from Bodybuilding to Crossfit. I had herd so many horror stories about bad form and bad coaching. However, after my free try at Fieldhouse I knew that the instructors there were the real deal! From the warm up, to the break down of Olympic Lifts like Snatches, I was hooked! The workouts and training regimen designed by Kevin the owner are awesome!! The coaching that you receive there is definitely something rare. The energy is excellent, the members are friendly and encouraging. And on top of all of that the facility is in a great location and the equipment is clean and well taken care of. Yep!! Im in!!

Great box. Kevan is very knowledgeable no matter what level your at. Atmosphere is good and everyone is friendly and helpful. If you've ever thought about trying crossfit but didn't know if it is for you or felt intimidated give this gym a try. You won't regret it.
