my first class was great! after i signed up for the membership is when things went downhill. i noticed they became more relaxed/unconcerned about the sanitation and mask enforcement i saw my first class but quick to shame you if you pause to catch your breath, so i wouldn't recommend this to anyone starting a fitness journey. they require a 30 day notice if you wish to cancel but will charge your last month without attributing your final month of classes, and make sure to use all classes because they won't roll over. the manager told me since my concern was of health and safety I could keep my classes until i felt safe, but it does not feel "safer cleaner better" as advertised and my classes are not reflected on the app. if customer service and cleanliness are large factors for you, i would skip this franchise.

I did one of their free workouts and it was great! Go at your own pace to your own limits. Never a dull moment.
