My favorite way to work out, hands down! Love the staff/coaches, workouts, and intensity. The HR monitor helps track my exercise and pushes me to compete with the other members. If you put the work in, you’ll definitely see results.

I’ve been going to this location for over a year now and I love it! The coaches are great and super helpful, as well as the front desk staff. I like not having to come up with my own work outs. I just select my class times and show up. It has also helped me get back into the routine of working out on a regular basis.Update: Still loving it!

Great work out for all fitness levels. The coaches and front desk staff are there to help you in anyway possible. Instead of competing against others it’s a chance for you to compete against yourself and monitor your growth.

Orangetheory is an amazing workout for all fitness levels. I previously did mostly cardio, but the addition of weights has made me so much stronger. I don’t have to come up with my own routine. I just show up and continue to improve my level of fitness with the amazing coaches at Stone Ridge!

The best decision my husband and I has made during this summer was join the orange theory, we started with the free class and fell in love with the workout and motivation. I can definitely see both of us getting stronger and better shape. Best coaches at this location.

I love Orangetheory. The workouts are fun, and each one is a challenge and feels new. I can push myself to my limits, but I don't come away so exhausted that I can't function for the rest of the day. The coaches are caring. I love that they know each class member by name, and I love their enthusiasm. I also love the caring service provided by the staff. They helped make accommodations for me as I deal with Lupus and arthritis, which was super thoughtful. It's just a great way to recharge and do something good and fun for myself, and I've loved watching my core slim down within just a few weeks! Even better, when I started at the end of October, I was using a cane to deal with painful and weak joints. By the end of November, I felt strong enough to give that up on all but my worst Lupus days.
