Studios are clean with a great variety of equipment. Coaches are knowledgeable and keep everyone on track. Very efficient workout with both cardio and strength training.

Love the place because of the different workout machines. Love the coaches, who watch over you and show you the best approach to achieving your goals, and I can't go without mentioning the front desk. Eager to help with questions and concerns.

I’ve been an endurance athlete for over 25 years. Orange Theory Fitness Sonterra Village provides the ultimate 60 minute workout. I can see my heart rate on the screen and on the treadmill. The coaches are incredible. Attending a 5am class is the highlight of my day. I’m confident that the OT workouts will allow me to lower my marathon times and ultimately allow me to reach the goal of completing a 100 mile trail run. I can’t thank the following coaches: Celisa, Kristy, Andy, and Taylor enough for pushing me and bringing out the best in me each and every workout. My VO2 max is increasing, my body fat is decreasing, and my lean muscle mass is increasing.Thanks,Tom Moberly

I have been a member since May 2022 and can’t praise this gym enough. Coaching and front desk staff are beyond excellent. Great location. Amazing workouts. Excellent studio ambiance. Super clean. OrangeTheory consistently pushes me harder than I have ever pushed myself in a box gym. Every day it’s a different, challenging workout. I just show up and the hour passes quickly because it’s truly fun.

Fantastic staff and workout. I went with my sister for a trial and was signing up at the end of the class. I have been there for about a year and the coaches, staff and management have always made every interaction and workout extremely fun. I strongly suggest otf to anyone who will listen as it has made a huge difference in my physical and mental health.

By far the best studio out there, OTF Sonterra is where it's at! The structure and the guidance from the coaches is what sold me, but the staff is why I keep going. When Mike set me up for my first class, he was friendly and professional. I knew exactly what to expect. The work of figuring out what to do on the floor and what paces and inclines to set is already done for me. Also, it's the same workout for everyone, yet I never feel that there is nothing I can't do.I never thought I'd be on the 5AM squad, but Coach Andy has the best attitude and his positive energy is contagious and getting to see Norma's smiling face sets the vibe for the day. I've also joined the transformation challenge and having weekly goals and a positive team on this journey is exactly what I needed to help me in my health and fitness goals. Sophe and Carly are friendly and positive and Coach Nikki has great energy.On a more personal note that has really meant a lot to me is how much I really am supported by the Sonterra community not just as a paying customer, but as a member of the community. I was injured this summer (outside of OTF) and I had to take a break and it was the worst, but Mike called to check up on me. I wasn't able to find a doctor so he referred me to one that was able to see me right away, that is VIP service for you!

I wish I could give this place 10 stars ⭐️ I decided to join in 2020 to change up my workouts and it was one of the best decisions I ever made. Their coaches are amazing (shoutout to Coach Andy, Raquel and Kristy) and their management staff is stellar (shoutout to Mike, Norma, Sophie and Carly)! I cannot recommend this place enough.

This studio is my favorite! The entire front desk staff is amazing and helpful. All the coaches are super supportive and legit care about how you're doing and helping you get better. The other members are so nice and welcoming. All of it combined has definitely have created a great atmosphere to workout in and give my all every day. :)

Super awesome workout! I love the short workout blocks in each area. Keeps me interested. The coaches are great I love that they correct my form and are always motivating us to do our best. I leave exhausted every time but knowing I got a great workout.
