A fun place to work out with different age group. The environment is super friendly and fun to a point where you become close friends with the other gym members. A fun fact this gym does extra curricular activities such as fund raisers, parties, gym outings etc.

I found my secret gem all by accident. A friend was like come to the gym with me and never mentioned it was, dare I say the word, CROSSFIT! I was intimidated, I was scared, and when I left my first class I was hooked. The owner and the coaches are not only fun to be around but they are motivating and their goal is to watch you succeed! I never once felt not welcomed or nervous of a workout. I knew if something was hard, they would be there every step of the way. I’ve now been a member for 6 months with no intentions of ever leaving. They have become more than friends...they have become family! If you want a place to feel like family and also put yourself to the test, this is your new gym!

When I’d hit my peak in training in crossfit/cross training/endurance/power lifting, they met me at my level...when I’d had a serious series of health issues and I’d gained weight and was at a recovering state of physical rehabilitation to relearn fitness all over again...Tejasfits trainers created a successful and motivating training plan without missing a beat and never tried to push me beyond my abilities but successfully challenged me to recover and build strength. The coaches and owners are inspiring and have a genuine passion for creating a facility for success, one rep and one minute at a time. Every level of fitness can feel welcome and a party of the tribe of Tejasfit. If you’re looking for a way to invest in your healthcare and wellness this is the spot.

Crystal is amazing; I took an 80 y/o man to work out with her because I was concerned about his ability to walk safely without falling. He didn't think that he had any reason for concern. She quickly discovered that he had weakness of the psoas, quadriceps, hamstrings, anterior tibialis and gastrocnemii within the first 6 minutes. She later found weakness of the chest, arms and core.She recommended a work out plan...now it's up to the client.
