Coach Javi was knowledgeable and helpful throughout the workout and made me feel so welcome. He knows what he’s doing and I’m glad my first experience at this gym was with him! This gym is amazing, def recommend!

Coach Erica is an amazing coach with a great vibe. She definitely made me feel comfortable and eased that nervousness I had being that I’ve never done cross fit before. I would highly recommend taking one of her classes.

Class was Fire!! Was great being back and no regrets what so ever. I know I'll be sore tomorrow but worth it. Thank you Erica for being a GREAT coach. Experience was awesome! Journey begins with positive thoughts and Fit Cross is making it happen! Getting it done and holding myself accountable for getting there and making the best decision yet.

I transferred here from another CrossFit and both members and coaches have been super welcoming. The programming fits the needs for all athletic abilities and the community is the icing on the cake. I highly recommend this gym.

I always look forward to Tuesday classes with Orlando, as he’s one of my favorite coaches. From the moment I walk into class, I can feel his good energy and it radiates into the class. He always believes in me, sometimes more than I believe in myself and it’s such a rewarding feeling for someone to have that kind of confidence in you. He encourages me but also calls me out when needed. Thank you for hyping me up and encouraging me to push myself harder!

We were from out of state, the gym was referred to us, and we couldn’t have been happier. The gym has plenty of space inside and out, everyone was hospitable, and they have a very unique and enjoyable color scale for every workout. My wife and I enjoyed being able to work “outside” on the roofed outdoor space. The workout had different color scales rather than solely RX or scaled, which included lots of variations that corresponded to a “color/version” of the workout and you could compete against other people of that color scale. Javi was our coach and he was amazing. We had a snatch workout and he spent 15-20 minutes going through very helpful and informational snatch technique, followed by helping each persons lift prior to the workout. We will go back!

RESULTS!!! After 8 weeks and 38 workouts, combined with personally using MyFitnessPal to watch my calorie intake - I have lost 17 Pounds!! 6 foot 46 year old male, started at 247 lbs. As much weight as I have lost - I have gained in cardio endurance. I couldn’t run 400 meters without walking when I started, but this week I ran 1200 meters at a solid steady pace with no thought of walking!All of the coaches are amazing. They have the care, candor, and knowledge to coach all the levels in the room. I have never once felt over pushed or abandoned in my workouts. Don’t get me wrong, I sometimes feel like a baby giraffe with a football as I learn new techniques, but I feel supported constantly by the coaches and training mates.If you are looking for a family culture full of great people - and like me you want to lose weight, gain cardio, and learn movements that will bring strength over time - the FitStop is amazing!!!

Great crossfit box to drop in at! The staff is friendly and all the members are welcoming. The coaches clearly know what they are doing and are prepared to help with any needed modifications. They have plenty of space for everyone to spread out and equipment so no one has to double up. Whether you are a seasoned crossfitter or looking to try it out I can't recommend this place enough!

The Fit Stop has been my favorite gym I’ve ever been to. I’ve been a member for almost 2 years now and my athleticism has improved so much since I’ve started working out here.The coaches work with you to show you the fundamentals of every exercise and they’ll help modify movements when you need it. You’ll improve so much with their guidanceEveryone from the coaches and to the other athletes are so helpful and friendly. The support and energy from the community will keep you coming back. I can’t recommend The Fit Stop enough

I've never really been active, and never would have imagined myself doing CrossFit but I love it here! Not only is the staff great, but your classmates are welcoming and encouraging. Its such a rewarding feeling to see the progress in yourself being made and even better, is when your classmates notice and encourage you to keep going. The workouts are hard, but everything is at your own level. I still learn new things daily and it's comforting being able to have a coach by your side, ready to answer any questions you may have and to correct your form if needed, rather than watching a How To video on TikTok or YouTube.
