Nice gym, nice staff, nice amenities. Busy after work (5 - 7pm) but not overly so.

This place used to be awesome, now they've oversold the hell out of it. Impossible to get any of the machines you want. People are working out in every inch of the gym, you can barely walk through without getting whipped in the face by a jump rope. No towels in the locker rooms. Lines for showers. Etc....overall sucks now

Out of all of the gyms in the financial district, this is where you get the best bang for your buck. The yoga classes are top notch. The locker rooms are recently renovated with sauna, hot tub and steam room. Always have fresh towels and great amenities including razors deodorant and hair products. Bay club is constantly going above and beyond for their members and it’s a great community.

One word: COCKROACHES! eeek.I've seen them at this location in the locker rooms on multiple occasions and have notified staff, but to no avail. For a luxury gym service you would expect much cleaner facilities but unfortunately the Bay Club has an infestation that it's not willing to address. In general I found some of the people at the Front Desk are rude or short with customers, but was willing to overlook that for the environment.Unfortunately, after the third time a big roach crawled over my toes from under the sink, I just couldn't take it anymore. Also BEWARE: If you do cancel your membership due to being unsatisfied with the the sanitation + lack of responsiveness, they'll still continue to charge you for another 30 days. Gross policies and gross facilities.I'll never be coming back here again.

Nice enough equipment but horrible customer service so far. Today is Monday at 6:15 and while the club is almost empty for the holiday, it is clear the janitorial staff decided to say f@ck it. All three of the Men's toilets looked like they had not been cleaned since Friday and were almost trainspotting disgusting. They never seem to have enough clean towels for the demand (and it's a SMALL club). Just like their south Bay location they always seem to have an excuse but can't deliver as promised. Oh, and good luck even trying to pay for an over priced locker. Instead of installing more where there is clearly room they have a waiting list to pay upwards of $100 a month just for a locker!

They are currently renovating so it's very uncomfortable. I will update this review once they are done with the remodel.

The location is currently under renovation. Management works really hard to make the guest experience top notch. Recommended if you work in San Francisco's Financial District.
