Has really fallen from its peak. Besides the fact that my kids don't enjoy going and haven't learned much in the last year, the office has begun to engage in horrible business practices of autocharging your card even if you tell them you're not interested in continuing. We specifically declined enrollment for the fall when the manager called us in May, and only signed up via flex cards for the summer. The flex cards also have a checkbox where you can indicate if you want a fall spot saved, and we didn't check that box. They sent emails with subject heading of "fall semester - further action required" which I ignored naturally because I was not interested in enrolling my children in fall, so didn't think I needed to take action. However, embedded in that email is a fine print that if you don't respond then you will actually be autocharged. Now, what decent business says "if you don't indicate you're interested and pay manually, then we assume you're interested anyway, and we'll autocharge you". We're talking a non-trivial a sum of $1154 and refusing to provide a refund. Moreover, it's only mid-August so they just opened registration for fall, so a normal business would just apologize for the confusion, do refund, and open the spot up. It's a sign of insecurity with their own marketplace that would cause them to hold hostage a family's money who already said NO multiple times. Back in the day, the front desk would always refuse to autocharge our card without written authorization, prompting us to pay via portal. Apparently all that has changed. To all other parents - please be cognizant of the way this organization has deteriorated.

My daughter Alessandra loves SFG! The coaches are all very energetic, friendly, talented, and great at teaching my girl all that she needs to know. Our coach now is Anna and she has shared all about how she participated in competitive gymnastics and works closely with Alessandra on listening, and practicing at each station in the gym. Coach Que was our coach before Anna and Alessandra loves her too!Alessandra has had a very challenging life and is only 5 years old. Gymnastics helps her recover physically from traumatic life experiences including the loss of her father at 1 and my breast cancer diagnosis in 2020. Gymnastics also helps Alessandra feel accomplished as an athlete. She aspires to be like Simone Biles from the Olympics!!All of the staff at SFG are truly dedicated and great teachers! Thank you SFG :-)
