I love this place so much! It has a family feel to it. They recently renovated it and it's very nice and has a wide variety of classes.

it is a nice place with very friendly staff, but the gym membership was more expensive than City Sports beside it, although City sports is bigger and newer

Great place to go work out. Cycles are almost always empty, not too many people in weights room either.
