This is a large, clean workout space with great equipment for a wide range of fitness regimens. I’m particularly fond of my trainer, Georgie, who has special post injury & injury prevention training, but all the trainers seem great. I appreciate that they don’t play music so loud you end up with a headache or can’t hear counts like at many gyms.
