I have loved my first season at the California Allstars San Marcos gym. The coaches are really nice and I love going here 5 times a week! They really teach I, myself and my team SO well. Thank u for taking your time to read this

Huge lack of communication at this gym. Called for weeks to try and get someone on the phone. Once I get a trial class set up the people there could care less. The front desk lady didn't communicate to the coach. The coach didn't know who my daughter was so she's trying her best to follow the other girls and do what they are doing. She's 5 and if they don't want young kids starting at this gym, then they should tell you that in the beginning. We ended up leaving early because the coaches were going too fast and didn't give her any direction. She was left standing around a lot wondering what she's supposed to do next. It's very disappointing. She was really excited to start something new and fun, and we left with her in tears.

This is a statement written by a dad of a daughter that cheers for this gym.I'm very disappointed 😞 in the owner of this gym and their coaches. I cannot tell you being a single parent how many times this gym has been inconsiderate of my time as a parent. Picture this, you go to pick up your daughter and you wait and wait and wait some more to pick them up only to find out the practice went longer than 30 minutes over. Not once but several times over and over again. Sometimes more than 45 minutes. How rude and inconsiderate 😒 is this of my time? Better yet the choreography time has change and by the way the plans you had to see your relatives in from out of town have now changed and your daughter will not be able to say goodbye 💔.I would recommend that you find a different gym if your a parent that treasures your time, family time and the time with your children. Clearly these folks don't care. I can tell you there isn't any trophy, banner, ring or any other material item that can replace the time with your children.PS: they state the are a Christain business. Im not here to judge the Christian part because that is up to God. However, I can say the fruit in which they bare is not family friendly.
