I havent been able to use the sauna for months because its always too cold. It seems that they are aware of this and never really accommodate a bare minimum temperature. It wasn't like this before. For 30 years the sauna had a regular always on switch that kept it at a decent temperature. Now, they have a lock box over the switch and put a short timer on it so it never really gets hot and everyone is at the mercy of the sometimes non existent person who is supposed to unlock it to press the precious button. As if we're not paying for this to be on the whole time. As if we all have hours to sit and wait for it to heat up!!!!!!!!!! Why don't we just get paid to wait? When you drive all the way there and prepare yourself for sauna only to sit in it and watch the dial rapidly lower in temperature to below 100 degrees within minutes its extraordinarily frustrating. I have voiced my concerns about multiple issues with the new management and they wrote back that they would be happy to end my membership acknowledging that they wouldn't change.

Please do not sign up for any training sessions here! The classes and gym overall is good. I tried the personal training and the trainer without warming me up started placing heavy weights on my hands and asked me to do all types of exercises without paying any attention to my health condition/fitness level. I then cancelled the contract the next day and was told it’s been cancelled and the charged amount will be refunded. It’s been over 3 months and they keep lying about the refund. So overall very dishonest trainers/front staff- avoid training part if you can!

Horrible, horrible, horrible customer "service". DO NOT SIGN A RECURRING CONTRACT!!! You will NEVER be able to cancel it and they will continue to steal money from you months and YEARS after cancelation. This company should not be allowed to operate. They are crooked and their business practices are sketchy.

Does the architecture make a difference for your workout? Probably not. But it is a unique layout for a gym.This is obviously an older gym, but one of the nicest locations I think I've ever seen.

I originally signed up for this gym because of the amazing kids club that all my friends were talking about. Sure enough, my kids love it and the workers are dedicated and love the kids. Unfortunately they have decided to close the kids club because they want to make a recovery room for personal training. Very disappointing. The kids club was always full, and the only thing keeping me going because the rest of the gym is sub par. Lots of broken machines and old dirty weights. I guess the company’s true colors are showing. They are not family oriented.

It is the best gym around, and believe me, we have tried several. Membership fees are reasonable, all kinds of classes are offered at no additional charge, a wide variety of weights and machines are available, and the locker rooms and showers are clean. That's enough for us!

5 stars all the way around! I joined this gym for the classes and they are fantastic. The instructors are knowledgable and they really care about your workout. The front desk people are very welcoming and take the time to answer questions. Ben, who did my membership, was great and no pressure. Always a place to park. The members are friendly. The bathrooms are clean. There are hundreds of gyms to join and I really feel like I made the right choice. Thanks for making my transition back into working out comfortable and worth it.

I joined this gym just for the kids club. It’s the best kids club I’ve seen. Since Covid very few gyms have kids club anymore but this gym still has one and it’s really great! They do full on science experiments and crafts. Also the gym is great with lot of variety of equipment. It’s not brand new like equinox but then again you are only paying $20 bucks vs $200. This is my go to gym when I have my daughter and she loves going.

Love this gym. The staff are awesome, the group classes are amazing, and the best part…I love leaving my 15 year old pug in the pet area knowing he will get tons of pets, dog socialization, and love. Great outdoor areas with tons of equipment. Only thing this location is missing is a pool/hot tub. Otherwise it’s near perfect!
