Currently a member here. More machine heavy than free weights. Great owner. Im a beginner and the owners are very knowledgeable and take time to show you how to use a machine.

New equipment, friendly staff, people aren’t sitting around hogging equipment like at other big gyms. Not to mention the personal training deals with Michael and Kevin are definitely worth it. The owner is very friendly and always trying to find a way to make the place even better. I highly recommend coming here.
