Seriously THE BEST workout I have ever done! Small boxing gym with HUGE results. The coaches are so motivating and patient and really push you to be the best you can be. I love the energy the minute I walk into the gym. They also have weights, kettlebells, benches, etc if you have the energy to use them after a 60 min boxing class! It's hard to put into words how much I love this place....it is my one true addiction!!
