Anytime Fitness

I’m not sure why this place is being spammed by poorly written and obviously ill-intentioned reviews, but out of all the Anytime fitnesses I’ve visited in and out of the state, this one has the most up-to-date equipment. It has a great leg press, a hip thrust machine, and treadmills that connect via Bluetooth to your Apple Watch instead of having old Apple dongles.It’s smaller than most of the other ones I’ve been to, but they make good use of the space and they host events and have fun decor, unlike most Anytime fitnesses.

has anyone else had abad experinece with the gym and getting scammed? rude staff? cant communicate? blows my mind how they are still in business, they are scammers

The worst gym I have ever signed up at… never the right plates and is TINY I had to go in twice before they cancelled my membership and even then charged me for two months after….

well its pretty stressful having to deal with the broken equipment, they dont even put signs on the machines that they are broken, there is never anyone there, the communication is terrible, the bathrooms are unsanitary, i can go on and on, i cancelled my membership today because i am going to go sign up at GOLDS GYM tomorrow since i booked an appointment instead of continuing to work out at anytime, golds gym were able to get me a better deal than anytime fitness, and i got to use it for a one week pass.. and the golds gym is much nicer, the staff is professional, the equipment is well maintained, the steam room is nice, there is a pool, i absolutely love it!.. so.. screw you anytime, you suck!

They sent me to collections even tho you can “cancel anytime” literally in the name? Gym is trash and they’re just tryna steal your money, if you’re THINKING about this gym I’ll tell you right now crunch is gonna be the better option like that’s how bad this place is.

If I could give -5 stars, I would. If anyone is looking for a gym that is amazing, it is not this one, so don't get a membership here unless you are looking for the worst gym in the world..

Signed up for this gym at month to month contract, wasn’t worth it. The equipment was always broken, there was never anyone there to get help with stuff or talk to, this gym is like.. they have it open 24/7 and no one who works there is ever even there, it’s so weird, and it smells bad too, and the bathrooms are atrocious, one time I went to the bathroom, and one of the toilets was filed with feces and ended up being there for an entire week.. disgusting!!! I’m so glad I cancelled, they also tried charging me for a cancellation fee when they told me there was no cancellation fee when I signed up.. liars!!!!!!

This Anytime fitness location is great. Impeccably clean, very well maintained and has a great atmosphere. They have all the equipment I could ever need and do a great job of managing the place. I love in Saugus and really enjoy the option of getting to a gym that is quick, close and smaller then some of the larger gyms on the edges of town. I

this gym sucksno one answers the phonethe communication is awfuli have been trying to cancel my membership for the last 6 months and it has been impossibleno one replies on emailno one gets back to my voicemailsi have been trying to go in to cancel the membership and there is never anyone there to helpthis gym sucksits terriblethe communication sucksthe voicemail is from someone who doesnt even work there anymorei have been trying to text someone from there for the last 5 months and theywont responddont use this gym unless you want to be frustrated and extremely disappointed

End of July 2022The GYM itself is very small however is super clean and well organized. It depends by what you need or do and I personally loved it here. I was able to park right outside the gym, go in and workoutI am a full time traveler and I have 2 gym memberships and it is always a pleasure to see business owners that take care of their gyms.Thank u!
