LA Fitness

I love the amount of equipment they have. However, if a machine breaks, it could stay broken for a month to 3 months. They do need more benches for those who use weights for various body parts (i.e. shoulders, chest, etc..). The staff is very friendly. Overall I am pretty happy with this gym compared to planet fitness and crunch.

Went here while I was back home from school with my parents. There is a good equipment variety but this gym has some issues.1. They don't have 35lb plates2. many of the clientele do not understand basic gym etiquette (people wont rerack weights and will take equipment from areas and not return it)3. about 3/4 of the treadmills are in need of service (the belts start to catch when you get up to running speed)4. of their TVs, 3 are stuck on CNN and 2 on Fox News and there's like 4 that are never on. they never change them to show any sports etc. even on CFB Saturdays or NFL Sunday

Need new updated equipment at this location. Otherwise, staff is great and always parking available.

Poorly managed and maintained club. They take 1-3 months to fix equipment and cannot keep paper towels or toilet paper stocked and available. Both issues are chronic. Poor management end to end.

My first experience here was with a guest pass. Upon getting the guest pass I arrived at 6am when I went inside I was told I could not go in because the pass wasn't active. What a total waste of time. They for sure lost a client today. Do not come here it is small and people will not honor the passes

I am Happy with LA Fitness on Golden Valley Road in Santa Clarita. The gym is clean, they have plenty of wipes so you can wipe down the equipment before you start using it. The pool, jacuzzi and bathrooms are also very clean. Love the pool because I can do laps.

I have to give kudos to Stephanie and Courtney. After having signed up for what I could not afford Stephanie to care to guide me and place me into a more affordable personal training membership. She took the time to explain and answer questions to make sure I understood the contract, and the financial aspect of it. She was patient and professional. Her customer service skills are incredible. She is approachable and sincerely genuine in her approach. Courtney is the woman behind the desk and she is kind, professional and patient. These two ladies are worth their weight in gold. The facility is extremely clean. The Staff is friendly and helpful. They have two stories of equipment and a very nice pool. The membership is fair.

Let's start off by saying the staff are nice for the most part and this is the biggest gym in LA. I enjoyed playing basketball and I liked the day sponcers of Beast Cookies came to hand out free shirts, take pics with us, and give out energy cookies. The atmosphere is great! They have a jaccuci, pool, and sauna. They also have these weird bikes that look like they are out of this planet so cool!! basketball is not super competative and there are many rooms you can use to workout alone.
