I love the staff at orange theory! They are friendly and even remember and call me by my first name! Great experience, one more thing, Angelique, the manager , I have been following her for about four years now. She is positive, helpful and such a inspiration. Orangetheory is lucky to have her. Thanks Angelique

A very very good friend of mine used to work here and the reports of their day were not very nice towards the end. The manager was very rude towards my friend and treated her with complete disrespect, which included; a total lack of communication in regards to people calling out for their shift, changes in plans and much more. She never got recognized for the things that she did to help however everyone else did time and time again. My friend shortly after being hired by one manager was asked to train for an assistant manager position and said yes, she was beyond excited for this opportunity. A few weeks after that offer the management switched and the assistant manager was promoted to manager, my friend inquired about her offer multiple times over the next few months and they did NOTHING to train her or promote her. She would offer to do so much for them (paperwork, extra shifts, errands, and so much more) but they always just pushed her to the side and acted as if she was invalid and her opinion didn't matter. Though the exercise aspect of Orange Theory is fantastic, the cost of going frequently enough to see results was way too expensive for the average working person.

The instructors are awesome! Super enthusiastic, knowledgeable, high energy, and they motivate you all the way. The gym is clean and the front desk staff helpful and friendly. Highly recommend it.

Orange Theory is the best workout I have ever experienced in my life and I've belonged to many fitness clubs all over the country for +40 years. The workout is one-hour long and changes every single day to focus on Strength and/or Endurance. You won't get bored and you're challenged daily. I love the fact that there are all ages that go to OT and I feel a sense of community there....no judgement but lots of encouragement. All of the coaches are fantastic and helpful. Check it out!! You will be happy you did.

This studio offers an interesting approach to time-effective fitness. Not fully appropriate for people with partial disabilities, but they try somewhat to accommodate.

This review is purely for one coach: Rebx! I am an OTF member who was visiting from out of state. Rebx was so AWESOME and made class such a BLAST!!! Her enthusiasm, energy, playlist and positive vibes made the class incredible. She is such a gem. I felt so welcomed not only by her but by the other members in the class. Several spoke with me in the lobby before class and during class. I also took one class with Taylor. Taylor was straight business and man can she cue fast! Fastest OTF cuer in the west, LOL. I had a great experience here with the coaches and members. The girls are the front desk are in their early 20s so keep that in mind. I have yet to visit an OTF studio with SAs older than 22/23. They were polite with me and welcoming however they never reached out to me about signing the waivers prior to my visit. Since I knew that would need to happen I took the initiative to show up early and then I told them. They could be new employees so I don't want to be too harsh. All in all thanks for a great visit OTF Santa Fe!
