Good equipment and nice service. Crowd is mostly retired people not much of a muscle training vibe.

Visited the SF Spa to work out while in town for a two week stint. Staff was great and a great selection of equipment. I'll be back.

Santa Fe's premier gym for senior citizens. Alongside the 35-yr-old Nautilus and Hammer Fitness equipment, this gym has seen better days. The floors have needed replacing for years; they are made of interlocking mats. This is not a powerlifting or Olympic weightlifting gym, but people have treated it like one, so the floors have divots and depressions everywhere, causing your loaded bar to roll away from you or, if you're not careful, stepping in one of the holes. If you like to do barbell movements, the wait can be 30 minutes to use any of the four squat racks, and inexplicably—there is only one set of safety spotter arms. There are three benches for barbell bench pressing, and their rack hooks are set at fixed heights for people taller than 5'6" ONLY. Rates for day passes are the same as at Defined Fitness—$20, but Defined has newer and more equipment and amenities. If you're here for a day and just need to get in a quick workout, Mandrill's gym on San Mateo Road is another good option and is half the price—$10.

Man, I love this place. Every machine I could ask for. Always tons of space. Really kind staff. Very reasonable prices. Steam room. Sauna. What else could you possibly need. The dream gym. Thank you guys!

Everything they say On the webpage about friendliness is true. This is not a gym of all fit lean young people. We are all there, including me: old, lumpy, but dedicated to the proposition of walking well and being fit as long in life as I can.

THE BEST!! Visiting from NY and they let me in today “on the house” where I attended a body fusion class, with the sweetest people and the best instructor! Wish I lived here!! Would come every day!

I was in Santa Fe for a week for work and I needed to get my workouts in! The Hotel Gym didn't cut it so I wondered off and came across Santa Fe Spa and it had everything I needed for a great workout! Lots of space and equipment, super duper clean, and the staff was really friendly and welcoming! Even the local gym goers were very nice, no intimidating looks or anything of the sort! If I ever travel back to Santa Fe this will ALWAYS be my go to gym!!

Big gym but you feel like family as soon as you walk in! Great equipment both machines and free weights. Randy the owner is a class act and runs things seamlessly. Its also as clean as a gymcould be from the sanitized weights to the spotless locker rooms. Its a real gem!

Excellent gym and facility!!! Since joining not only are the staff the most friendly, it's like being among family here! I've been to most facilities in Santa Fe and the machines and weights are excellent! My strength, flexibility, and cardio have improved dramatically!!! Especially using the air piston machines and nautilus type! Using just weights at the other gyms was the same old thing, but at 62 years old this place changed my physique and condition! The sauna & steam room also cannot be beat here as I've tried them all over town! Santa Fe Spa has the best!!!

Friendly staff, EXTREMELY clean facilities (and the staff is constantly cleaning), they give out locker lock/key making it convenient to store your belongings. They have everything you need, and plenty of space. I didn’t have to wait for any equipment, and went around 8:30am. Overall great experience and definitely recommend for any serious weight trainers.
