Crunch Fitness - Santa Rosa

If I could give this place zero stars I absolutely would. First off I visited this gym one time and I always say it for a half an hour. The gym was small and it smelled funny. So I decided I was going to go elsewhere. I forgot to cancel my membership that was charged $84 for a place that I've only been to an 1/2 an hour. Tried to contact the manager to see how would I go about getting a refund of some sort and was told no no my money is gone and I should have read the contract better. This is true, but I am a little disappointed that they felt comfortable taking $84 for a service never used. Beware of s sleazy gyms like this.

Great place and affordable, my only complaint is that this gym is super dirty, the machines are pretty nasty when you touch the handles they feel like if you were touching butter. I hope they can steam clean them or do something about it.It also smells bad, they also should be cleaning the machines at night because the members don’t wipe down the machines after each use.I hope the gym can fix that problem soon because I am thinking of finding another place less dirty with less people. Thank you

Horrible at getting equipment fixed when down...pits a popular machine under a dripping air conditioner instead of moving it or fixing AC

Great place if you get a chance to workout I hated it, l had to wait and wait to use the equipment and some times I gave up , l felt like I waisted my time and money

This gym has nice new equipment and a wide range of equipment. The showers need some attention. One shower head is loose in the wall and another shower the control does not work. It does get l insanely packed peak gym hours .but mornings and weekend are not to bad

Place is packed all day 7 days a week can’t get a machine to save your life. Don’t recommend this gym.

I can tell the owner truly cares about giving customers a quality experience, however this gym is OK at best.There are not enough machines, and the machines themselves are not the best.Equipment is never where it should be- instead it can usually be found lying around the weight room.There are no towels or rags to clean equipment after use- instead they have paper towel dispensers, each with one spray bottle.

If you like waiting 20 minutes to get on a machine, it's the perfect gym for you
