Hannah is the BEST personal trainer at the BEST studio facility in Sonoma County.

Hannah is a great trainer. She provides a total body workout every time, I’m sore in places I never knew existed. She focuses on my weaknesses as well to give an all encompassing workout. She can train all types and levels. My husband, father and 11 year old daughter love to come workout with her as well.

I have been training with Hannah for a long time and have always felt challenged and encouraged to achieve my fitness goals . She has been able to modify certain exercises for me, performed ART on areas that needed it and always finds a way to keep the workouts new, interesting and fun!
