Very nice owner and clean establishment. I just used the dry sauna for an hour and it was a nice private escape.

This little gym is fully equipped to help heal injuries or work on your strength with a personal trainer. I used the single person sized infrared sauna during the process of healing a broken leg. Loved it. Heather is quick to respond, kind and accommodating in appointment scheduling and ada access.
