Very mature members. I went as a guest and I really liked it. You can’t beat the clothing optional spa amenities.

It’s very clean and everyone is friendly. I use the pool, and I often have a lane to myself. The showers and women’s locker room isn’t fancy, but it’s fine.

From the last few reviews looks like this place is going downhill fast. I am a regular here and lately the gym has been having issues. First and most important is that the AC IS BROKEN. With everyone working out upstairs heat rises and it becomes very stuffy and extremely difficult to breathe and I'm in great shape. The other night I asked staff to turn up the AC and they said it was broken and has been for a while. I looked at the temp and it was 75 degrees at night in the rain!!! They claim to be "best gym in Sonoma County". The best gym in Sonoma County should have their AC fixed ASAP!! People pay extra to go to a nice gym the least you can do is fix your air for your guests that pay top dollar... Absolutely ridiculous... I haven't experienced rude staff like others, they usually are friendly and on a few occasions when I forgot my headphones they let me borrow theirs which has been helpful. FIX YOUR AC PARKPOINT !!!

Clean. Been members for years. This year we finally get to use the childcare and my son loves it! Did personal training with Nick a few years ago before my wedding and he's very friendly. All staff is great. I use to work at the Airport Health Club many years ago and have high expectations which are consistently met.
