I’ve trained with Tim now for several years. He introduced me to super slow weight training and while I was primarily interested in fitness, was able to benefit from Tims expertise and substantially increase range of motion after rotator cuff injury. Tim is knowledgeable, observant, consistent, and makes a training session fun. 30 mins fly by! Love his positive outlook on life. And his individualized approach to training.

I can’t say enough about my experience at studio fitness training with Tim Rogers. I had trained for years with Tim and really missed the 2 years off during covid. It’s like you get physical therapy for any injuries and a workout at the same time. Tim is Always inventive and supportive greets me with a huge welcoming smile. At the age of 76 I've worked with several really good trainers in the past, but Tim brings a whole new experience to my workouts. I've been with him for about 5 months and have found his "slow technique" very exciting. I have much less stiffness and aching the day or two after a session, and feel my strength and flexibility improving week to week. He is very knowledgeable about body mechanics, while also understanding and sharing the psychological aspects of fitness. He tunes in to my very thoughts and tendencies as I work, shares them consistently and accurately, and pushes me to my limits. He's also just a very respectful, caring and interesting man. I highly recommend him.
