Staff is always friendly and inviting. Gym is always clean for the most part, and the environment is always positive! Would love for the hours to be extended (closing at 4pm on weekends is frustrating) but that’s not to the workers’ fault at all. 5 stars.

I walked into Crunch Fitness in Schenectady unsure of whether or not I wanted to join, and I walked out a member! Rich at the front desk was so nice, he and Jamie gave me a tour of the entire facility and explained everything they offered and how the entire place worked. It’s huge (WAY bigger than it looks on the outside) with plenty of options for cardio, strength training, and more. The group fitness spaces are large and the entire place is clean and seems well-maintained. I had a great workout and can’t wait to go back!

I love going to the gym, the atmosphere at this gym hits different, the customer service is excellent and all their equipments are in great conditions. Their rates are affordable as well. Honestly I can’t complain about my investment therefor the past 6 months it has been life changing

Well Run and well-managed facility. Very clean and really nice layout, big space. MultipleDumbbell areas which allows for a ton of use and always an option. You never feel too close to someone either. LOVE the turf area and functionalArea. Brand new equipment is nice to have. People clean up after themselves for the most part and if not, staff are always on it!People are working hard here so there is an energy that keeps you motivated. I’ve not tried their classes but I do enjoy coming to work out around other people and the staff is always super friendly. They were willing to work with me and my situation for only being here a couple of months.The only thing I’d say for improvement if possible is the music during classes is off part of the time when the teacher is speaking on mic which I’mSure is strategic or technically necessary, however, it’s a little off putting if you don’t have 🎧 which I don’t always wear.I would recommend anybody stopping in, I’ve only been to a few Crunch gyms in past, and I travel full time so I go to a LOT of gyms and this is certainly one of the best. Thanks guys!
