They need fully functioning treadmills, they dont have a single one in newer condition for some reason. A lot of the equipment could use an update. But employees are helpful and it seems to be improving (slowly but surely).

READ FINE PRINT IN CONTRACT BEFORE SIGNING the 1yr contract was up and did not wish to renew the contract. Owner jimmy became argumentative trying to charge another annual fee amount plus couple months in fees when the contract was OVER. Fine print on the back states credit traps. Will tell others about this place and it's financial scams.

Equipment is dirty and needs updates. After my contract was up, I called and was told I will still be charged 2 months @$14.99 plus an annual fee of $40 which was charged to me in the past since I've only had a year membership. I called and spoke to Jimmy asking to come in and give my "written notice" he states he could refuse it because it has to be certified mail. He was nice when I signed up but a different person on the phone today. These things are not explained to you when signing up so READ the fine print. Either way you look at it you will have to pay this to get away from an expired contract- this place is a scam and I would not recommend it to anyone. Poor customer service.
