I worked out at keepfit pre pandemic while trying to get pregnant, I had my first baby in 2021 and stared back at keepfit working out one on one with Jamie when my son was 8 months old. I have always felt welcome at the gym and feel great (and sore) after my workouts! Jamie is knowledgeable and gives clients the attention they need. Jamie creates a personalized workout for me each week and walks me though each exercise. I enjoy utilizing the equipment that keepfit has to offer (especially the TRX) but love that Jamie incorporates some exercises that I can also do at home with no equipment. I always have a great workout with my one on one training sessions here!

Exceptional training! In less than a year, I am already exceeding my strength and conditioning goals. That’s all thanks to my trainer Jamie. She really cares and goes above and beyond to help you achieve your goals. As a rugby player, I’m playing at my highest level. The private setting and the hands on approach really helps make it feel more personal. Keep Fit usually offers training programs for law enforcement recruits, and I would highly recommend to anyone looking to get a leg up.

I love working out at Keep Fit. I've been going for almost a year now twice a week with Jamie and it is the only exercise I really enjoy. The facility is always so clean and uncrowded. Being plus size, I was worried about starting personal training, but the environment at Keep Fit is very inclusive and allows for every body type to work on their fitness goals. I feel so much stronger and energetic. Jamie personalizes every program in a way that keeps every session fun and intentional. My favorite part is you can do 2-on-1 sessions and train with a friend or family member. I have nothing but good things to say!!

This is a beautiful space and Jamie is very knowledgeable, with a special interest in working with moms and moms to be on their fitness journeys!
