The staff is so motivating. They totally push you and cheer you on!!! Its so awesome because if it wasn't for them I would last about 2.5 mins rather than the entire hour.

I am a runner. If I belonged to a "regular" gym, I would use the treadmill, but be too scared to approach the weights. I love the fact that I am lifting weights! I would never do that if I had to figure it out on my own.

I like the comprehensiveness of the training cardio strength and endurance. The heart rate monitoring is an impressive strategy and I enjoy the science-based approach And i like and appreciate the attention and monitoring of our trainer. So glad that it was recommended to me by a friend and then again by a neighbor

My friend invited me to try out the free trial last week. Previously to today, I had never been to a gym outside of college or high school so I had no idea what to expect going into it. When I saw treadmills and ergs lined up my heart sunk, and while yours may to, but don't let it fool you. The short intervals allowed me to constantly try my hardest without ever having the time to second guess my efforts. My heart rate was up high and I felt amazing. The schedual is tightly packed and by the time it ends, you wonder where the time went. Leaving the gym after the workout, I felt great! Overall, amazing job orange theory for creating a very respectable training plan and for a great first experience. If you're thinking of coming here to get in shape, it's definitely the right place to do it. I definitely plan on coming back soon! Also, props to trainer Matt Mcgrath for being such a great trainer!

Survived my first class, yay! Taylor was a great instructor and was really helpful given the fact I was a newbie, and the desk staff was super nice and helpful too. These classes definitely push you which isn't always the case when working out at home. A very comfortable environment and didn't feel out of place at all. I'm planning on going back this week :)

The rotation through the different elements of the workout keep it interesting, as well as make it doable. It's a total workout, with options to modify that makes it appropriate for all levels. And it's visually measurable, which is a good aid that can be used to motivate you to challenge yourself against your own achievements.Beyond the structure of the OTF program and concept, my experience of this branch has been of excellence. It's a positive environment with fabulous staff, coaches cheering you on, humor to get you through any hurdles in the grind -- it's an all around fun place to go workout, and to be around some great people! It's supportive and like a family of people who care.I think the leadership is reflected throughout, and that the whole operation and experience is symbiotic -- much to be proud of!
