I would not trust Pai's they do not pay there bills they order a service call the repairs were done but refusing to pay. Is that the kind of place you want to support Ripping off someone just trying to make a living. Stiffing them with the cost of materials and the time to do the job. Dishonest please do not give them your money.

I would give 10 stars if I could. This program has helped my son build stamina, self confidence, self esteem, respect for himself and others, team work discipline. He is dedicated and has learnt to follow through with every task in and out of TKD! Moreover, he belongs in a Tribe. After 3 years of TKD, his transformation including educational is next to none. Thank you again for all you do for our children. It takes a village and you are part of that village

My son Jayson has been going there for a year now and I love how confident he is now and how much he looks forward to going to class. The staff is equally awesome and really make learning taekwondo easier for the kids. They also do cute mini events like mommy and me classes and valentines parents night out.

I can not say enough great things about Pai’s TKD! The Schenectady staff is awesome! All the instructors are great with the kids. Professional, patient, great attitude everyday, and personable all while teaching respect, self control and attention ! You feel welcomed when you go there. There are no cliques, or favoritism. Seeing my daughter build confidence and strength is such a great experience.Master Chris Pai has a great curriculum and staff. He makes it fun while working them hard. He’s genuine and you can see his passion and how much he cares for his students. My daughter has never loved something so much! She feels proud and confident as she walks through the doors, as she should. They also run a very fun summer camp for the students. Hearing “Common Mom, I don’t want to leave yet!” That means so much to me!Try the 2 week trial with your kid(s), we did. She didn’t even want to do it and after her first class she said I can’t wait to come back!

Pai's Taekwondo has helped my son develop the self-discipline to overcome many of his attention struggles while simultaneously rebuilding his self-confidence and desire to make friends. It's given my children a safe place to succeed with humility and to fail with dignity. Their taekwondo family has provided amazing support and encouragement for them to make goals and to never give up on achieving them.

My son was 8 years old when he started taking classes here. He struggled with his self esteem because of issues with other kids at school. He is 13 now, a black belt and is now starting to train for leadership to become an instructor. He has amazing instructors and mentors but most of all he has formed strong relationships with positive role models. Best decision I could of made for him.
