Prior to joining Upstate Strength and Conditioning, I had zero lifting experience and little motivation to maintain a consistent workout routine. My time at USC, has definitely changed my attitude towards the gym.Everyday my workout is programmed and waiting for me -one of my biggest excuses to not working out, was no longer valid.USC has several knowledgeable trainers who are available to help when needed and even offer 1:1 sessions (shoutout to Nicole and Kyle!!).In nearly one year since working with Kyle, I am up ~15lbs and hitting PRs every week. He is very knowledgeable and considerate of your goals, physical limitations and also your time.I would definitely recommend trying out USC!

I have been training with Kyle for 5 months and can't say enough about him or Upstate Strength and Conditioning. The facility is always clean, bright, and welcoming. It's easy to be inspired by Kyle's enthusiasm, knowledge, and level of professionalism. I look forward to my 3 weekly sessions and am loving the results!

I have been working with Kyle for a little over 4 months now and look forward to training and hitting the gym every week. I have spent months off and on in the past paying for bigger chain-gyms and not utilizing my membership due to slight injuries/discomfort after hitting the gym on my own, and not really feeling like I knew what I was doing (or if I was doing the exercises properly). I finally made up my mind to find a gym with a personal trainer, and couldn't be happier! Kyle has worked with me to really personalize my workouts and help me train in a way that I am confident in the safety and efficacy of what I am doing. I have noticed positive results both visually, on the scale, increased strength, and simply in terms of feeling better physically and mentally in my everyday work and life. I would 10/10 recommend training with Kyle and joining Upstate Strength & Conditioning.

I started at Upstate Strength and Conditioning in February of this year after several years of not working out and only being moderately active. After working with Kyle LaBrake for the past few months I’m approaching Personal Bests in nearly all lifting and strength categories. Having the guidance of a trainer and being exposed to a huge variety of lifts and exercises has helped me steadily get stronger and feel 1000x better physically. I plan on continuing my training program for the foreseeable future and would recommend Upstate Strength and Conditioning to anyone and everyone who may be interested.

I don’t know where to begin when it comes to writing this review about Upstate Strength and Conditioning and my personal trainer Kyle LaBrake. I’ve been seeing Kyle for roughly 4 months now and his dedication and commitment to my personal fitness goals and well being has been paramount for me on the road to meet my fitness goals and losing weight. Since seeing Kyle I’ve lost weight, he made some adjustments to my meals and I’m putting on muscle and seeing the gains! I highly recommend Upstate Strength and Conditioning to anyone who’s has fitness and healthy living goals and seeing Kyle! You will not be disappointed! I’ve included a pic of my progress. Looking forward to seeing what the next 4 months brings and beyond!

I have been training with Kyle for several months now. I decided to try personal training to help with stiffness and pain and to get myself active again after not being so active during the pandemic. I look and feel better, I’m stronger , my balance has improved, along with my energy levels! I’m so grateful to have found upstate strength and conditioning and Kyle!

I've been going to Upstate Strength and conditioning for personal training sessions since October and I have nothing but good things to say! I decided that it was finally time to change my life for the better and step into the health/fitness world and start my weight loss journey! When I started I was out of shape/barely exercising and wasn't eating good food because I didn't have the best relationship with it. Now I work out 5 days a week and I'm more mindful of what I'm eating. I still have a long way to go with my weight loss journey but I don't regret my decision and I'm not looking back because I love the mindset I have now and I feel great. I work with Nicole and she is awesome! She is willing to work with you and will accommodate your needs! And the owner Kevin has a bunch of equipment for you to use and keeps the facility extremely clean! Overall upstate strength and conditioning is a cool place to work out!

I recently came across Upstate Strength and Conditioning and I’m so glad I gave it a try! If you are looking for a clean super friendly professional gym that has everything you need to get in a great workout quickly it definitely has that but what it exceeded my expectations in is it’s personal training! I have done one on one training before at other gyms and it was good but now I know how it feels to really have someone design a specific program based on my needs and goals. I can’t say enough about how amazing working with Kyle is!! He is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of fitness from concentrating on proper form and the right way to build up your strength to proper realistic diet to get the results you want! Kyle has taken the time to show that he cares and is committed to helping me reach my fitness goals every step of the way!! And I am absolutely amazed how much he can pack into a half hour!! I look so forward to going to every session and I know working with Kyle will make all the difference in my results! I’m so glad to have found Upstate Strength & Conditioning! The owner Kevin and his staff are amazing! The gym is clean, quiet, and professional and individual needs are identified and catered to! I have been working with Nicole for one on one training for 5 months. Four years ago I suffered a head injury and found it difficult to exercise. Nicole has developed a unique program for me and not only have I lost weight, I have gained, muscle, stamina, and most importantly balance! Joining Upstate was one of the BEST decisions I have ever made for myself! 🤩

Great gym, well maintained equipment and its clean!! Kyle has kept me coming back. Even with once a week for now, better than nothing! I feel its worth it and contributes to overall health and wellness.
