After extensive research of other gyms in Scottsdale I found Fight Ready. I was training at another national "boxing" gym locally and found the classes to be uninspiring and impersonal. Fight Ready is in a class all by themselves IMO. If you're looking for a workout where you learn practical skills then Fight Ready is the gym for you. You won't find this kind of workout doing run of the mill boxing/kickboxing routines at the fitness gym.I totally, 100%, disagree with a comment below about the staff. I've found every coach extremely nice, patient and knowledgeable, same for the members. I think that is an unfair comment given my experience over the last 7 months.

Been a member for 1.5 years. The instructors are excellent and the facility is the nicest in the valley. Great build-out. 1st class BJJ.

I've never met a more professional group of people at a gym. My son goes there for wrestling and the wrestling is top notch so I decided to do a little bit of jujitsu and I am very new to it and they are very nice to me and break things down very well

Excellent. My kid 5yo, just started wrestling. Coach Adrian is amazing. Experienced, patient, great teacher, teaches each kid @ their individual level. I tried other wrestling clubs in the north valley, it was a couple dads trying to coach. It was terrible.Highly recommend to try a free trial with coach Adrian. The gym is a real true UFC GYM. Top coaches & fighters. Facility is very cool, clean, & well kept. I was very impressed. They also have a number of other kids class available

There isn't one thing about the gym that I don't like! In a short amount of time I made a lot of progress which I whole heartedly attribute to the amazing coaching i recieve. Personally, Muay Thai has been the best fit for me along with my coach Russell Mckinney.

It's crystal clear that the new ownership knows what they're doing. My 15 year old wanted to learn MMA and potentially participate in the UFC. I searched many gyms and there are a lot that just have cardio classes disguised as boxing training. Fight Ready is the real deal. The coaches are professional fighters themselves. Not only are the coaches great at what they do, they are also great mentors and role models and help bring out the best in the student. I highly recommend this gym if you want to be a amateur or professional fighter or even if you want you child to learn the values of hard work and character.

Fight Ready gym is a great great facility no matter what you are looking for. I began taking my 8 year-old last summer as something to do after school. Over the last 9 months, I’ve watched his confidence and maturity grow in leaps and bounds - not just as an athlete, mind you, but more importantly, as a school student & individual. He has participated in Muay Tai classes (with coaches Russell & Paris), Jiu-jitsu (with Heath & Thiago), and Wresting (with Frankie). The coaches are wonderful with the kids and great at instilling "No bullying" ethics, respect, and discipline. What's more, my son has begun to construct lasting bonds and forge strong friendships with other boys and girls who attend Fight Ready ... It would be an understatement to say that he enjoys going as often as he can.Additionally, my son also plays club sports, and as every parent knows - things can get a little competitive on the field/court. With that said, I’ve watched his confidence spill over onto the field of play, leaving him observably more engaged, and never reluctant to get in on the action - even in the presence of bigger, stronger kids.As for the adult classes, the Gym does a great job making sure there are plenty that coincide with the kids program. That way, you're making great use of your time, not stuck sitting in a chair watching for 2 hours. At first, I simply started using the weight room, but I have since joined the adult muay tai, as well as the Juijitsu. And just like they do with the kids, the coaches do an incredible job pairing each student with appropriate partners (so you're matched with someone who possesses a similar skill set).In short, Fight Ready gym is truly one-of-a-kind. The facility is spotless from the weight room to the mats & locker-room. Moreover, it should be said that I also have a membership at Lifetime fitness and there is simply no comparison. The locker rooms, showers, and bathrooms are absolutely immaculate. So, kudos to the new owners who took over around a year ago. They've done an outstanding job.

I love training here. I want to be a professional MMA fighter and this gym and the coaches are preparing me. The coaches are fighters so they really know what they're teaching. Coach Roland trains some of the great fighters and really helps a lot even though I'm just starting. Coach Benny is a fighter and is also a great trainer. Coach Heath trains the Brazilian Jiujitsu and is a great trainer too.

This place is awesome! We love the Muay Thai classes with coach Russell. Both his kids and adults classes are fun and a great workout! He has so many great techniques and a wealth of knowledge. This place is also clean! The bathrooms, sauna, and locker rooms are top notch. Other gyms we have gone to had gross bathrooms but Fight Ready pays attention to detail! We love it!

DON'T GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER --If you plan on quitting they continue to bill you and we can't get them to stop--my son went for one month and hasn't attended a class in 6 months and they're a STILL BILLING US!!!!!IF must give your money to these unethical people please pay cash to protect yourself. It's awful a company-- there weren't enough kids to spar with and the coaches were always changing--seemed like management didn't have it together--- they claimed they were in transition because the main coaches stole all the kids and opened their own gym and almost all the kids followed--a few customers gave me the low down- --wish they would of explained all this to me before we signed up--so no credit cards, make sure there's enough kids to spar with and a constant coach who knows what they are doing --we didn't get any of this $600 later?????
