Fuel Yours Gym

I attended Nicole's gym for nearly 2 years, and I cannot recommend this gym enough. Not only does Nicole dedicate her time to helping you learn how to properly lift, but she encourages you and pushes you to do your best every step of the way. Within the first year with her, I had some troubles with my hip that I've always struggled with, and after my surgery, she helped me to create a plan that was modified from what the rest of the group was doing so I could heal properly and regain my mobility and strength. To this day, I will never forget the confidence she instilled in me. On top of that, she has built a community of women that I never saw coming. Some of my now best friends I met through Fuel Yours and I am forever grateful. This community is so unique and so rare, I suggest everyone experience a gym like this at some point in life.

Working out with Nicole at Fuel Yours was one of the best decisions I made! She’s a coach that truly cares and wants you to succeed in your goals. The fuel yours community and smaller work out groups helps hold you accountable and make some great friendships along the way! 10/10 would recommend!

I’ve never felt stronger while training with Nicole! I learned the safe way to lift properly which is so important when you’re lifting heavy. I would recommend her to anyone wanting to not only get in shape but feel more confident inside and out! I trained with Nicole at fuel yours for almost a year! It was exactly what I needed to start my weight lifting journey. Nicole is an amazing trainer and working out in small groups is a great way to stay motivated and feel a sense a community vs being alone in a public gym. I would still be training here if I was still living in Phoenix!

I loved working out with Nicole! The small groups helped motivate me and keep me on track to work out. I typically worked out 3 times a week with her, and it was so cool to watch how strong I got. She pushes you to lift harder and not take the easy way out - which I love! Would recommend her to anyone who needs that push to work out and enjoys being around other like-minded girls!

Fuel Yours Gym is by far the best gym I have ever been to. You know you’re getting your moneys worth when working with Nicole. She’s dedicated to taking you to new levels you never thought you could reach. By having her as a coach, I have truly fallen in love with strength training and have 0 intimidation when walking into any gym. Great group of girls to surround yourself with. If you are looking for a great workout geared at building strength, with an encouraging environment, this is it. I’ve been training at a Fuel Yours since October 2021. In that time I’ve been able to gain strength I would’ve never thought possible at weights I never had the confidence to try, even with prior trainers. Coach Nicole has built a one of a kind fitness community with her dedication to creating programming to help us meet our fitness goals and challenging us to always be a little better than we thought we could be. Nicole has been absolutely essential in getting me back on track mentally and physically. It's been the best investment in myself for a long time. I've lost 30lbs in 20 weeks. Nicole not only has been great in motivating me during challenging workouts, she also has helped on the nutrition side as well.The only thing is if you don't want to put in work every session, she may not be the right trainer for you. There are no "easy" training sessions. I was very ready for a change and maximizing my time at each session has been great. Can't wait to hit my next big milestone!
