Woman at the front desk (Allie I believe) has made me and extremely uncomfortable multiple times since I’ve had my membership here. She has black hair and is Hispanic. Very unwelcoming and snarky. I’ve seen other disappointing reviews of the same woman. How has this place not fired her?

The club is clean and kept up. The machines are well laid out so that it’s easy to navigate the gym floor. The turf is fantastic for HIIT workouts and mobility stretching. The members are considerate and throw away wipes after they use them as well as put their weights away when they are finished with them.

Allie at the front desk is very unwelcoming and has made me feel uncomfortable on separate occasions. Other than that the gym is very clean and the rest of the staff is awesome.

The pool looks fantastic. The jacuzzi too. The workout equipment is functional. That's the best I can say about this place. I tried several different machines. They are all super uncomfortable and old. The Chairs on the bikes are hard as rocks, just for one example. I will give them plus 1 point for having chargers on the bikes for phones; however, you can tell the equipment age from those cables, all being the original ten-pin charger last seen on the iPhone 4 FROM 2010!!! NEGATIVE 50 POINTS 😆. All in all it's a decent gem location even though everything's super old and uncomfortable

Great gym that is managed well. Like every gym though I think the process of managing you membership is ridiculous. I travel for work and it sucks when I leave the country for 3 months and just have to continue to pay.

I love the place , they are very friendly …. Everything is well manteined the pool is very clean , they have very nice employees and patient , I really appreciate all the patience that they have with me ,m. Thanks a lot . If I go back definitely go back to the gym .

Had a great experience at LA fitness McCormick Ranch, Scottsdale AZ! I was visiting from San Diego as a Masters USA fitness Bikini 45+ competitor and needed a place to work out. They gave me a free 3 day pass to fit in my workouts. LA Fitness gyms, are like the "McDonalds" of Athletic clubs. Profit. Sales. Good workout for low price.This gym has an open layout, lots of cardio & 7/10 cleanliness factor.The free weights are full of bicep curl masters, but the membership is truly diverse. The pool is a nice option also.Overall a great workout can be had. 💪🏽
