I joined Pulse Fitness a couple of weeks ago. I'm definitely not a gym person. But knew I needed some serious guidance and accountability after being out of shape & unfit for the past year. The trainers are amazing...they work with you on your form. It's an upbeat and fun environment. I actually look forward to working out! I would highly recommend checking out Pulse Fitness.

Trying to be and do a sustainable program with the help of Zach, Zack & CJ. Starting out only 2x a week w semi private training has been super encouraging and I am finding the flow.How often does the Director sit down and check on you to make sure you’re making gains? Zach does this and I love it!This place is beautiful and has all the things needed to be fit. Love that they are working at my pace and not pressuring me into something I am not willing or able to do just yet. Baby steps for sure!So nice to feel seen and supported by such a great team.Thank you Team Pulse Fitness!

I joined the Fit Over 40 program and I am so glad I did. The staff at Pulse is incredibly involved in your success and motivates you to be the best you there is. I would highly recommend Pulse Fitness to anyone. The class structure is the best of both worlds. Personal training in a group setting... doesn't get much better than that. The coaches personalize the workout for you in all aspects. Members are friendly and the facility is spotless. So glad I decided to join!
